Called owner (Nichols), left message requesting call back. Waited 2 days, no call back. Avoid this car wash, unreliable and not customer service oriented.

It never came on, no water, no soap, no lights.. It was like it wasn't turned on but it took my money and I got nothing.. No one has returned my call as of yet.. I'd like a refund considering I never got what I paid for
